About HSPdaily
HSPdaily is the world's only news source dedicated to the highly sensitive experience. All of our stories are satire. The feelings they provoke are entirely real.
What is an HSP?
Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) make up about 15-20% of the population. We process sensory information more deeply, feel emotions more intensely, and are often overwhelmed by environments that others find perfectly fine.
We're the ones who notice when the lighting changes, who need to leave the party early, who cry at commercials, and who definitely heard that comment you thought was under your breath.
Why Satire?
Most HSP content is earnest and helpful. And that's great! But sometimes you need to laugh about the absurdity of feeling everything so deeply in a world that seems designed for people who feel less.
HSPdaily exists to provide that laugh. We satirize the experience of being highly sensitive—not to mock it, but to celebrate it. We're all in this together, processing way too much simultaneously.
Disclaimer
All stories on HSPdaily are fictional satire. None of our “news” is real. If you find yourself relating deeply to our fake stories, congratulations: you're probably highly sensitive.
We do not intend to mock or diminish the genuine challenges of high sensitivity. We just think that sometimes the best medicine is a good laugh—followed by a long nap in a dark room.
